Aceyus provides "Contact Center Intelligence" software which consolidates call center data from a number of common call center systems and combines the different data sets using business intelligence, hierarchy and industry best practices. The Aceyus Dashboard is the iPad mobile app version of the Aceyus 4.5 Dashboard product and provides existing customers with the ability to view Aceyus 4.5 Dashboard data on their iPad. With the Aceyus Dashboard application users will be able to view high-level enterprise information from their existing Aceyus Reporting platform along with detailed call information through:
An Enterprise Overview (map view of Call Center locations)
Ability to drill downs into particular Sites or Locations
A Team / Skill Browser
Additional drill down for Agent call performance
Ability to view individual call information (cradle to grave reporting)
